I thought I hated corporate life because it was so structured. Turns out, I hated it because the work I was doing was unfulfilling and lacked purpose. Corona quarantine has shown me that I thrive in structure, when I’m working on things that matter.
My Corona days consist of:
Meditation
EFT (Tapping)
Yoga
Writing
Reading
Intermitten Fasting
Drinking at least 96 ounces of water a day
Being a sound board for people who need/want to talk
Connecting digitally with loved ones
Guiding yoga flows on zoom
Watching an episode of Halt and Catch Fire
My days have been flying by and I’m feeling good. I’m putting my time and focus towards activities that energize me. This is an opportune time to take notice of what lights you up and do more of it.
